Changes to Orders in the EU

For EU and non-UK Customers, please be aware that from 1 January 2021 as the UK is no longer in the EU, goods sent from the UK will be deemed exports from the UK and imports into the EU.

We will knock off the 5% VAT when you order, and you will be responsible for paying your countries VAT rate when it arrives.

In the EU, there shouldn’t be any duty charged as the Multimac is all made in the UK.

You are likely to be charged an admin fee too.
